Terrain Parks
On The Snow voted Telluride the Best Terrain Park in the Rocky Mountains.
The Hoot Brown Terrain Park, Tellurides main park located on the Lower See Forever, features a 10' wide hitching post, a 12' wide 10' tall wall ride, and a few more surprises; not to mention recently added features such as a 3 feature street setup, a C rail, a down rail, and a C box.
The Lower Air Garden Rail Park is a smooth line of rails and hits designed for expert park riders only.
Tellurides Super Pipe, located on Butterfly, is at least 450 feet long with 18 foot walls.
Mountain Tours
Get acquainted with the mountain on a free tour of the ski resort led by our Mountain Ambassadors. The 3 to 4 hour tour incorporates colorful stories of Tellurides history, interesting facts about the environment and local trivia, as well as orienting you to our restaurants, amenities and ski terrain. Open to intermediate snow riders and above, the Meet the Mountain tour meets daily at 10 a.m. at the trail map near the top of Coonskin (Lift 7). On Mountain Dining
The bulk of the dining options at Telluride are located within the township; however that doesnt mean there arent a few nice choices if you choose to stay on the mountain, from burgers and chilli at Gorrono Ranch to fine dining at Giuseppes.
Mountain Ambassadors
More than 30 staff and community members make up this friendly group of local mountain hosts. Directing guests to ticket windows and rental centers, carrying skis, and dispensing lip balm and sunscreen are just a few of the duties of our crew. Look for the Telluride Tent in the Mountain Village center where the guest service staff will valet your skis for FREE while you spend time shopping or eating in the village core. They can also answer any questions on entertainment, special events, mountain facts, mountain services, and dining favorites.
Complimentary Ski Valet
Safely store your skis or snowboard at our valet tent while you shop or dine in the Mountain Village. Located at the base of the Village Express (Lift 4) daily from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.
