All this is made easy with all of the extra little touches - heated walkways, moving escalators to the lifts, boutique shops,up market hotels, restaurants and uncrowded slopes."

Resort

Beaver Creek is a hidden gem amongst the Colorado Resorts with a definite lack of queues a choice of wide open groomed slopes, powder bowls, glade runs and terrain parks.

The main village “Beaver Creek Village” is heavily influenced by a European theme with ski in ski out accommodation. Centered around an outdoor skating area the village area is surrounded by up market hotels and condominiums with a selection of boutique shops and restaurants.

There are three main village areas Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead Villages.

Arrowhead is the westernmost village and is home to mainly private homes and condominiums. Located here is also Vista Restaurant and Broken Arrow Restaurants.

Taking pride of place is The Ritz – Carlton at Bachelor Gulch with its beautiful wide open groomed slopes all the way to the front door of the hotel.

When staying at Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch getting to the main village in the evening is made easy with the “free dial-a-ride shuttles”. Access to other resorts and to the town of Avon, Edwards and Vail is effortless with buses pulling into Beaver Creek village. The great thing is during the day there is always someone ready to meet and greet you at the bus stop or help you with your skis/board.

Beaver Creek is an excellent resort with impeccable service from the staff to the beautifully groomed slopes. The price reflects the wonderful high-end service that you would expect from a top class resort and for those still wanting to experience this wonderful resort at a more affordable rate there is the option of staying in the town of Avon only 10 minutes away and made even more accessible with the newly constructed high speed gondola from the town of Avon.
