Aspen was founded in the 1800s as a silver mining town, the ski resort was founded in 1947 with the opening of Lift-1. Aspen has retained much of that old town charm but now has one of the best apres ski atmospheres in North America. Great apres ski, shopping, restaurants, bars and cafes Aspen along with some of the best skiing in North America, a combination is very hard to beat.

Stay in Aspen township if you would like to experience one of the best apres ski vibes in North America. Pick the mountain to suit your skiing. Nightlife choices are endless with restaurants, bars, clubs, cafes, cinema and theatre to keep you entertained.

Aspen & Vail combo
There is a daily shuttle that runs between Aspen and Vail. We suggest combining these two great ski resorts with at least a week at each, together they offer 10,000 acres of terrain.
