Mountain Hosts
Free Mountain tours are offered by The Mountain Host department daily. The mountain tours last approximately two hours and are a great way to familarise yourself with the terrain. The hosts share fun facts and resources.
On Mountain Dining
Seven Glaciers - Seven Glaciers sits at 2,300 feet at the top of The Tram above sea level offering panoramic views of Turnagain Arm, the Chugach Mountain Range and seven "hanging" glaciers. Seven Glaciers signature menu selections include Alaskan King Crab, Pesto Roasted Salmon Bisque, Mesquite Grilled Veal or Alaskan Salmon. Limited menu selections are also offered in Seven Glaciers Lounge.
Glacier Express - Enjoy your choice of soups, salads, chili, sandwiches, wraps and snacks while taking in the stunning view and exquisite surroundings. After a day of sun or snow, treat yourself to a glass of wine or a cold, locally brewed beer.
Tramway Cafe - To satisfy that coffee craving, stop by the Tramway Cafe, located in the second floor concourse. In addition to your favourite coffee drink or smoothie, you can pick up a fresh bakery item, breakfast burrito, deli wrap, salad, or a slice of pizza for a meal on the go.
Sitzmark Bar and Grill - Located on the boardwalk at the base of Chairs 1 & 3, the Sitzmark Bar & Grill is a favorite location for Apres ski fun. The Sitzmark offers a great selection of local and seasonal draught beer, and your favourite bar appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches and burgers.
The Daylodge - Located at the base of Mt. Alyeska near Chair 4, the Daylodge is a self-serve restaurant with lots of seating and a great view of the action on the slopes. Stop by for a hot cup of cocoa, a grilled hamburger & fries, or your choice of personal pan pizzas. Great for kids of all ages.
