Resort

Sun Peaks Resort was born in 1961 with the opening of a single chairlift and lodge, the resort was known in those early years at Tod Mountain. Several new chairs were added in the 1970s and in 1992 Nippon Cable purchased Tod Mountain, renaming it Sun Peaks in 1993.

Families at Sun Peaks
Sun Peaks is a very family friendly ski resort with ski in, ski out access to most accommodation in the village. Sun Peaks offers apartment style accommodation with full kitchens and has an on-mountain grocery store as well as a supermarket delivery service to your apartment. They offer family fun night and have several snowshoe tours available, including snowshoe marshmallow roasts. The kids adventure park with mini snowmobiles and tobogganing hill all add to your family ski holiday experience.

Sun Peaks & Whistler
Want to ski two resorts? We recommend combining Sun Peaks with Whistler, there is a direct shuttle that runs between the two resorts three times a week.

Revelstoke Day Trip
Test your skills at this new ski resort. A day trip operates every Wednesday (Cahilty Lodge guests only) and Thursday (resort wide) from Sun Peaks. We recommend pre-booking this.
