Deer Lodge - 3 star - Lodge
"Deer Lodge is a charming rustic property that was once a former teahouse and ski lodge."
The property exudes character with an eclectic mix of the old and modern worlds but still maintains a certain luxury.
There are no televisions in the rooms offering a quiet retreat away from the modern world and some rooms do not have phones. It should be noted that some rooms are compact and cozy. A large common room with a blazing fire attracts guests to take a much deserved rest away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
There are two fabulous dining options serving wonderful gourmet food The Caribou Lounge which is the original teahouse and serves breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, late night snacks and evening cognacs. The Mount Fairview Dining Room is full service serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Lodge Double or Twin Room
A compact Lodge room in the historic wing with telephone and in-room safe.

The original tower rooms have been restored to their original condition, complete with original cast iron radiators, woodwork, lighting and brass fixtures. These non-smoking rooms have coffee maker, in-room safe,and telephone. Located in the historic Tower section of the Lodge.

Heritage Room

Emerald Lake Lodge - 4 star - Lodge
"Staying here is ideal for those wanting a unique experience in a secluded peaceful setting"
Located just 20 minutes west of Lake Louise in the most stunning secluded Canadian setting is Emerald Lake Lodge. It is necessary when staying here that you hire a car as there is no shuttle bus to and from the ski resorts.
Upon arrival you are required to phone for pick up via the lodge shuttle which will whisk you away to one of the beautiful 24 hand strewn log cabin style buildings that accommodate up to 200 guests.
Whilst staying here you will find time to enjoy nature at its best as there are no televisions, internet access or mobile reception. However in the games room in the main lodge there is a television and internet access.
Over the Winter two restaurants serve sumptuous meals and 10 minutes drive away is the small town of Field where two recommendations to eat are Truffle Pigs Cafe and The Roundhouse Pub and Grill.
