Fernie Alpine Resort Mountain Info
The ski area of Fernie Alpine Resort rises about 3 miles (5 km) above the town of Fernie; you can see the massive bowls from Fernie's Main Street. Fernie is located on the Crowsnest Highway 3, in the extreme southeast corner of British Columbia, near the provincial border with Alberta and the Canada/USA border at Roosville.
