The Ski Traveller team understands the importance of ensuring everyone has a great time on their snow holiday from the oldest to youngest family members.

Below are just a few of the great programmes that Ski Traveller can arrange for you ahead of time.
*SKI CUBS FULL DAY PROGRAMME*
- Ages 4 - 6yrs
- All levels
Includes: 2 hour morning and afternoon lessons,lunch, progress card, daily activities, pre-lesson supervision as early as 8:30 am.
Time: 9:45am " 3:15pm (registration 8:30am - 9:30am)
Half day programmes are also available from 9:45 - 11.45am or 1:15 - 3.15pm
*SNOWRIDERS FULL SKI AND BOARDING PROGRAMME*
- Ages 7-12yrs
- All levels
Includes: Morning and afternoon lessons, lunch, progress card, daily activities.
Time: 9:45am " 3:15pm
Half day programmes are also available from 9:45am or 1:15pm
The Ski Traveller team can help you and your family organise this in advance.
TINY TOT DAYCARE

- Ages 18 months to 5 years
- We recommend booking this well in advance as there are only 24 spaces
- Includes: Supervised Daycare, lunch (full day only), indoor play and outdoor activities
- The Ski Traveller team can guide you in the right direction of how to go about arranging this
DAYCARE PLUS
- For the budding tots who want to learn ski ages 3 - 4yrs
- Includes (caring and individualized attention,crafts,snacks/lunch,and the all important nap time (8:30am " 9:30am, or 12:00pm " 1:00 pm) or,a 2-hour group lesson with the Kids Centre classes.
ADULT PROGRAMME
- Ages 13yrs +
- All levels (ski & board)
- 2 hour lessons start at 10am or 1pm
What better way to get back into the groove of things than by joining a group lesson for two hours
Dust off the cobwebs and book your two hour lesson through your Ski Traveller Expert
There is a great group for the
50 Plus Programme that are still "young and heart" which we know many of our clients are.
- Every Monday
- 2 hour lesson by a Big White Pro
- Followed by a Gourmet Lunch by Big White's Executive Chef
- 9.30am - 3.30pm
Shopping Shuttle to Kelowna
The main area of the village and shopping is on a ski run that goes right by the shops and is quaint and easy to get around. For the more serious shopper perhaps a day trip to Kelowna and the Orchard Park Mall where you will find popular name brands such as GAP,Tommy Hilfiger, Esprit and Rip Curl to name a few.
The shopping shuttle departs Big White every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday . Advance reservations are required once in resort.
Restaurants and Bars
Big White offers a full array of food and beverage facilities ranging from cafeterias to fine dining. There are total of 17 restaurants, cafes and delis, including 8 lounge/bars. Entertainment and nightlife boasts regular apres-ski with live bands in bards and pubs.
