About Us

Claudia Riegler - Ski Traveller worldwide ambassador, New Zealand’s own skiing legend. Claudia is very well known in the ski world, both globally and in New Zealand. She is a three time Olympian and five time world championships representative. She has won several World Cup Slaloms and was ranked 2nd overall in the 1997 World Cup Slalom standings. As Claudia has skied all over the world and experienced many resorts, her knowledge and insight are invaluable to Ski Traveller and our clients.

Fiona Stevens - Her ski career as a former Olympian, world championships representative, top 30 in the world slalom and New Zealand champion, along with her expertise in snow and marketing make her the ideal ambassador and advisor to the Ski Traveller team. Like Claudia, Fiona has skied all over the world and advises us and our clients.

Sarah Headifen - Director/Product Manager. Sarah’s 15 seasons as a resort manager for an independent British ski operator and one of the largest UK specialist ski companies enabled her to work and travel extensively throughout North America, and experience many of the ski resorts. Sarah is our snowboarder, and would love to chat to you about your next snow holiday and has experienced the following resorts:
Canadian Resorts: Whistler/Blackcomb, Panorama, Lake Louise, Banff Norquay, Nakiska and Mt Fortress.
USA Resorts: Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Beaver Creek, Copper Mountain, Winter Park, Aspen Snowmass, Steamboat, Jackson Hole and Grand Targhee.
Heli/Cat Skiing: Panorama, Grand Targhee and Copper Mountain.
Japan Resorts: Niseko, Rusutsu, Furano, Tomanu, Hakuba, Shiga Kogen and Nozawa Onsen.

Shirley McKenzie – Ski Specialist. Shirley’s travel career was initially carved out in the area of corporate consulting and airline reservations, but more recently has made the switch to enjoy a lifestyle of back to back Winter seasons between Turoa at Mt Ruapehu and Snowbird in Utah. She can get around on a pair of sticks, but her passion is snow-boarding. She has even qualified as an AASI snowboard instructor. Shirley has experienced the following resorts:

Julie Voskamp – Ski Sales & Marketing. Julie has had over 25 years of experience in the wholesale travel industry focusing on marketing destinations and products. She has travelled to many unique destinations like South America, South Africa, Canada, Europe, Vietnam, China, Turkey and the USA.
Canada: Whistler, Lake Louise, Banff and Vancouver.
